Matete is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over 20 years work experience spanning across different sectors including tax administration, insurance, pensions and financial services.  He holds a MSc, FCCA and Bachelor of Accountancy and is a business leader with hands-on experience in strategic management, financial management, administration, project management, change management and enterprise risk management.
